Homemade guacamole recipe

Serves: 2-4

Prep: 10 minutes

  • 3 avocados
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ½ thinly diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons coriander
  • 2 tomatoes with seeds and pulp removed, diced
  • ½ cup feta cheese (optional)
  • 1 garlic clove (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar (optional)
  • Pepper to season 


  1. Remove avocados from the skin and place in a medium sized bowl. Using a fork, roughly mash the avocado. (If you want a chunky guacamole then simply mix well).
  2. Add the red onion and tomato and mash into the mixture until well combined.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, lime juice, and coriander and mix. (If you want to add feta cheese, garlic, or red wine vinegar, add now).
  4. Taste the guacamole and add any extra seasoning if needed.
  5. Enjoy!
